About The Clinic
Hello, I'm Bex Rotheram 👋
(Some of you may know me as Rebecca!)
I'm a pelvic health physiotherapist with over 12 years of experience, dedicated to helping women navigate the physical transitions of life with confidence and strength. Specialising in women's health and scar therapy, I support women through every chapter - from the journey of pregnancy and postnatal recovery to the unique challenges of perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
I began my career in the NHS before moving into private practice, where I discovered my true passion: breaking down the taboos surrounding pelvic health. I believe that education is empowerment. My goal is to ensure you feel in control of your body, whether your milestone is to return to running without "sneaky leaks", to care for post-surgical or C-section scarring or simply to feel like you again in your daily life.
I am a firm believer that it is never too early or too late to seek support. My mission is to help you move from simply managing to truly thriving.
Our Mission
I started Her Pelvic Health because I believe every woman deserves access to specialist pelvic health care that's kind, thorough, and actually listens. So many women put up with symptoms they don't need to - I want to change that.
Whether you're pregnant, recovering after birth, returning to running, or dealing with something that's been bothering you for years, I'm here to help. This is a safe space to talk about things that can feel awkward or hard to explain.
The Clinic
The clinic is based within the Fit As studio in Bramhall, in a calm, private space where you can feel comfortable. Located at 14 Woodford Road, directly above Sainsbury's, it's a convenient and welcoming spot.
I know that talking about pelvic health can feel a bit daunting - that's completely normal. However, from the moment you arrive, I want you to feel completely at ease, knowing you're in good hands.
