Prolapse symptoms can really affect day-to-day life and stop you doing the activities you love. Pessaries are a great non-invasive way to conservatively manage prolapse symptoms whilst improving quality of life.
They are soft silicone devices that are inserted vaginally to support the organs above. Every woman and her experience of prolapse is different and so the process to find the right pessary for you can be trial and error.
I'll be with you every step of the way to make sure you feel comfortable, supported, and able to get back to doing what matters to you.

What to expect at your appointment
Your first visit includes a 90-minute assessment and fitting, with a 30-minute follow-up appointment included in your package. We’ll take time to listen to your story, chat through your symptoms and medical history, and talk about what you’re hoping to achieve.
If you feel comfortable, we’ll do a physical assessment. If required and with your full consent, this may include an external and internal pelvic floor assessment - you can stop at any time. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your body and a personalised plan we’ve built together.
No GP referral is needed, and you’re welcome to bring someone with you.
